Jalen Ramsey Earns In The Endzone’s Pro Nole of the Week Honors

When Pittsburgh needed one final stop Sunday, former Florida State star Jalen Ramsey delivered.
Ramsey finished with 10 tackles, four tackles for loss and two sacks in the Steelers’ 26–19 overtime victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His second sack ended the game, making him In The Endzone’s Pro Nole of the Week.
Making an Impact From Start to Finish
Ramsey’s performance went well beyond the final play.
He recorded four tackles, one tackle for loss and a sack in the first half, helping Pittsburgh stay within reach while its offense struggled to get going. He added six tackles, three tackles for loss and another sack after halftime, continuing to slow down Tampa Bay’s offense as the Steelers fought back.
Sealing the Win in Overtime
After Pittsburgh took the lead in overtime, Tampa Bay still had an opportunity to score a touchdown.
Ramsey shut the door.
On fourth down, he brought down Buccaneers quarterback Jalon Daniels to end the game and secure Pittsburgh’s first road victory of the season. The Steelers also selected Ramsey as their Player of the Week following his performance.
